    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 1/4 teaspoon organo
    • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 1/2 cup onion , finely chopped
    • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
    • 1 egg , slightly beaten
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 6 small brown and serve French bread loaves
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1-3 cups water
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic


    Instructions


    1. Slice off tops of French bread loaves and hollow out until only a thick shell remains.
    2. Reserve bread crumbs and combine with beaten egg, mustard and spices.
    3. Brown ground beef and drain.
    4. Combine with onion, water and bread crumb mixture.
      Mix thoroughly.
    5. Melt butter and add garlic.
    6. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 400* oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    7. Serves 6 as a main dish, or may be sliced thin and served as an appetizer.
