• 2 cups sugar
  
• 1 1/2 cups Wesson oil
  
• 3 eggs
  
• 3 cups fresh pears, cut into small pieces
  
• 1 cup coconut
  
• 1 cup pecans, chopped
  
• 3 cups flour
  
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  
• 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  






Instructions



1. Combine sugar and oil; add eggs.
   
2. Add pears.
   
3. Combine flour, soda and spices. Add to first mixture.
   
4. Add coconut and chopped pecans.
   
5. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350* for 1 hour.
   
6. Cake will be moist.
