    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pounds stew beef , cut into bite-size pieces
    • 1/2 cup beef broth
    • cooked rice or noodles
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 envelope onion soup mix
    • 4-ounce jar mushrooms , undrained


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients (except rice or noodles) in a 2 quart casserole dish.
    2. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
    3. Serve over rice or noodles
