Crawfish Corn Bread

List of Ingredients
1 pound crawfish tails
3/4 cup chopped bell peppers
3/4 cup chopped onion
4 tablespoons margarine
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 pound grated jalapeno cheeseRecipe
In saucepan saute crawfish , bell peppers and onions in margarine.
In mixing bowl: combine corn meal , baking soda , baking powder, salt , eggs and milk.
Add grated cheese and saute mixture.
Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
