List of Ingredients
- 1 small roast
- 1 jar green chile salsa
- 1 can onion soup
- Flour tortillas
- Salt to taste
- Grated Monterey Jack cheese
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
Instructions
- Cook a small roast in a covered pan. Liven up the water with a jar of green chile salsa and a can of onion soup. When meat is done, take out and shred.
- Dip flour tortillas in roast drippings to soften and flavor.
- Fill each tortilla with shredded meat. Roll up and put in pan.
- Pour the sauce from the meat over the rolled tortillas (not too much) and add salt to taste.
- Sprinkle generously with grated Monterey Jack cheese and heat.
- Cover with sour cream. Heat again until hot.
- Cover with guacamole.
- Serve at once
