    List of Ingredients




    500 ml of full fat milk (about 2 cups or 17 ounces)
    1 full tablespoon of thick plain yogurt

    Heat up the milk slightly warmer than lukewarm. Transfer it to a glass container, put in a full tablespoon of plain full fat yogurt, and stir it like a churn, put on a lid, and put it away for 5 to 6 hours. Do not disturb. I usually keep it in my oven. In India it's warm so it's done in 5 hours and in winter I have to keep it overnight for better result.

    Once your yogurt is done, keep a tablespoon of yogurt aside for the next batch.
