List of Ingredients 6 chicken breast halves, cooked, chunked 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup 1 cup sour cream 2 teaspoons poppy seed 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed 1 stick butter, melted Instructions Layer chicken in bottom of 9" x 13" pan. Mix both cans of soup, sour cream and poppy seed together and put on top of chicken. Add melted butter to crushed Ritz crackers and then put on top of casserole. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Final Comments Serve with a salad or vegetable and maybe some rolls or bread.
