1 (8-9 inch) graham cracker crumb crust
1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
few drops yellow food coloring
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
whipped cream or cool whip
lemon slices (optional)

In a medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and food coloring; mix well. In a small bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff but not dry. Gently fold into condensed milk mixture. Turn into crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. arnish with whipped cream and lemon slices, if desired. Refridgerate leftovers...
