    List of Ingredients


    • 3 Eggs
    • 1 cup Olive Oil
    • 2 1/2 grated Zuchini
    • 1 cup Walnuts (chopped)
    • 2 cups Sugar
    • 3 cups Flour
    • 3 teaspoons Cinnomen
    • 3 teaspoon Vanilla
    • 1 teaspoon Salt
    • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
    • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Then add Zuchini. Pour into 2 loaf pans that are coated with oil and sugar.
    2. Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour.
