List of Ingredients
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 Beaten Eggs
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 tablespoons Baking Soda
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 3 cups Gratted Carrots
- 1 tablaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 2 greased & floured 9 inch round cake pan.
- Bake at 325 degree for 30 minutes.
