    List of Ingredients


    • 1-1/2 cup powder sugar
    • 1 cup softened butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 egg
    • 2-1/4 cup flour
    • 1 taespoon baking soda
    • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt


    Instructions


    1. Beat powder sugar, butter, vanilla & egg till blended. Lightly spoon flour, baking soda, cream of tartar & salt mix well.
    2. Cover dough with plastic warp and refrigerate about 1 hour till firm. Shape into 1 inch balls place on cookie sheet, then press with fork.
    3. Bake at 350 degree for 5-6 minutes. makes 6 dozen cookies.
