    List of Ingredients


    • 4 packages 8 oz Cream Cheese
    • 7 Eggs
    • 1-1/2 cups Sugar
    • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
    • Graham Cracker Crust:
    • 15 Graham Crackers(crushed)
    • 1/2 Stick Margerine
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup Cinnamon
    • topping:
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
    • 1 pint Sour Cream
    • 3 teaspoon Sugar


    Instructions


    1. Mix ingredients for Graham cracker crust thoroughly. Spread evenly into 12x16 pan.
    2. Mix 3 packages of cream cheese,eggs,sugar and vanilla. Beat cream cheese first adding 2 eggs at a time, add sugar & vanilla beat until creamy. Pour into pan Bake at 325 degree for 50 minute. Cool for 10 minutes.
    3. Mix topping 1 teaspoon vanilla,8 oz. cream cheese & sugar. Spread on cooled cake. Put back in oven cook for 10 minutes. Pull out and let cool.
