List of Ingredients
- 16 slices Petridge Farm White Sandwich Bread
- 3-1/2 cup Chicken Breast(cooked & diced)
- 8 oz Mushrooms(sliced)
- 1 small can Ripe Black Olives
- 3 Hard Boiled Eggs(chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Onions
- 1 cup Mayonaise
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 tablespoons Whitw Cooking Wine
- 1 cup Sour Cream
Instructions
- Trim crust from bread slices, butter both sides. Place 8 in bottom of 9x13 glass dish. Mix rest of ingredients together(chicken,soup,wine,sour cream,eggs,olives,onion,mayonaise,salt & pepper) put in middle on top of bread. Add other buttered bread on top of mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Pour a thin layer on top.
- Bake at 325 degree for 35 minutes.
