    List of Ingredients


    • 16 slices Petridge Farm White Sandwich Bread
    • 3-1/2 cup Chicken Breast(cooked & diced)
    • 8 oz Mushrooms(sliced)
    • 1 small can Ripe Black Olives
    • 3 Hard Boiled Eggs(chopped)
    • 2 tablespoons Chopped Onions
    • 1 cup Mayonaise
    • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
    • 2 tablespoons Whitw Cooking Wine
    • 1 cup Sour Cream


    Instructions


    1. Trim crust from bread slices, butter both sides. Place 8 in bottom of 9x13 glass dish. Mix rest of ingredients together(chicken,soup,wine,sour cream,eggs,olives,onion,mayonaise,salt & pepper) put in middle on top of bread. Add other buttered bread on top of mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Pour a thin layer on top.
    2. Bake at 325 degree for 35 minutes.
