    Recipe Introduction


    I make these every year for Christmas and they are always a hit with my family. They make a great snack any time of the year.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup butter
    • 1 cup peanut butter
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 3 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1½ teaspoons baking soda
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • Sugar
    • Flour


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter and peanut butter.
    2. Add sugars gradually.
    3. Add beaten egg
    4. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
    5. Chill dough
    6. Make balls the size of walnuts.
    7. Roll in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
    8. Press with a fork that's been dipped in flour.
    9. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes
    10. 8 dozen
