    Meadow Muffins (COOKIES)


    Ingredients:

    2 cups milk chocolate chips
    1 Tbs. shortening
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup miniature marshmallows
    1 Tbs. mint, cut into strips

    Preparation:

    Melt chocolate chips and shortening together in a double broiler over simmering water. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Drop about 2 tablespoons at a time onto wax paper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Yield: 6 servings
