    Make popcorn balls by combining in a 3-quart microwave-safe bowl 1/2 cup margarine and one 16oz. pkg. regular marshmallows. Stirring twice, microwave on HIGH until smooth, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over twenty cups popped popcorn (two 3.5 oz. pkgs. microwave popcorn, popped) stir until well coated. Shape into popcorn balls. Cut face shapes from fruit
    roll-ups. Press shapes onto warm popcorn balls. Wrap with Halloween Plastic Wrap. Tie with ribbon.
