    List of Ingredients




    This was a GRAND PRIZE winner in a cooking contest during our N'awlins days sponsored by THE WEST BANK GUIDE in Gretna, LA.
    1 (10 oz) package chopped broccoli (frozen)
    1/2 cup finely chopped celery
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    3 cups chicken stock or broth
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup water
    1 1/2 cups milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

    1. Microwave broccoli in covered dish 4 minutes on HIGH. Rotate dish 1/2 turn
    and cook on HIGH for 4 minutes.
    2. Place celery & onion in a 3-quart covered casserole; wilt on HIGH for 3
    minutes.
    3. Add chicken stock, Worcestershire sauce, water & 1 cup milk to dish.
    4. Microwave on HIGH for 8 minutes.
    5. In a small bowl, combine 2 Tbsp. flour & 1/2 cup milk.
    6. Carefully add to casserole dish.
    7. Cut Velveeta cheese into cubes & add to mixture.
    8. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes or until cheese melts &I soup thickens.

    Total time: 21 minutes
    Makes 8 cups
