    Don't remember what cookbook she got this out of, but it's the best I've had.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 or 2 cloves garlic
    14 1/2 ounce can italian style tomatoes (crushed)
    6 ounce can tomato paste
    4 cups shredded mozarella cheese
    2 cups milk
    1 beef boullion cube
    1 box lasagna noodles (uncooked)
    flour and margarine to make a roux

    Brown hamburger, and garlic, add beef boullion cube, then the tomatoes and tomato paste....keep warm over low heat.

    Meanwhile, make a roux out of about 2 tablespoons each of flour and margarine, cook together a couple of minutes, then add the milk and 2 cups of the mozarella cheese. Cook and stir over medium low heat until thickened.

    To assemble lasagna: put thin layer of meat mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 cake pan, then a layer of lasagna noodles, a layer of meat, a layer of cheese sause, and then sprinkle on a thin layer of the other 2 cups of cheese. Keep making layers until your pan is full; you should end with cheese sauce and cheese.

    Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes....take foil off and bake another 10 minutes.

    Let sit a few minutes before cutting.
