    Good chewy cookie.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup shortening
    3 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    5 1/2 cups flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 cups crushed drained pineapple

    Recipe



    Cream together shortening and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix in flour, then add pineapple.

    Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake 350 for 12 minutes.

    Makes about 8 dozen cookies
