    Italian Fried chicken

    Source of Recipe

    Family

    List of Ingredients

    • Boneless skinless chicken breast
    • *creamy* italian dressing
    • italian seasoned bread crumbs
    • butter

    Instructions

    1. Fillet Chicken, then cut to make pieces 2-3 inches big.Place in large bowl

    2. Pour enough dressing over chicken to evenly coat, being carefull to not use too much (if you do, just scrape chicken against side of bowl as you get it out to discard excess

    3. cover and refridgerate for at least 1 hour and max of 24 hours

    4. Roll marinated chicken pieces in bread crumbs, set aside. (the bread crumbs stay on better during frying if left to rest for about 10 mins)

    5. Melt butter in frying pan over med-low heat. Fry chicken until juices run clear, and breading is slightly crispy without becoming too hard (this is generally a per taste..I like mine just a bit crispy)

    6. Serve with any italian style side dish, in a salad, or even with mashed potatoes (my sons personal favorite hehe)

    Final Comments

this main dish does take a long time, mainly because the pieces are so small and have to be fried, but it's definately worth it, my *very* finicky family all loves this chicken, and never leave any leftovers for lunch the next day lol.
