Philly Beef-Stuffed Sandwhich

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tsp drived oregano leaves, divided
- 2 pkgs refrigerated pizza crust (or use your own--20 oz)
- 8 oz thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 8 oz thinly sliced cheddar cheese
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In 10" frying pan, heat oil over medium heat until hot. Add garlic, bell pepper, onion and 1/2 tsp of the oregano. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender.
- Unroll one pizza crust ontion lightly floured surface. Roll out to 12" x 9" rectangle. Cover with half of the beef, cheese and veggie mixture to within 1/2 inch of edges of dough.
- Starting at longest side, roll up dough, jelly-roll fashion; press seam togheter to seal. Repeat with remaining crust and filling ingredients.
- Place rolls, seam sides down on round baking stone. Join ends of rolls toghter to form one large ring; press ends together to seal.
- In small bowl, combine egg white and water; brush onto dough. Sprinkle with remaining oregano.
- Bake 20-25 min or until golden brown. Let stand 10 min before cutting.
