    This was adapted from my chicken tikka masala recipe here:

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. chicken breast or thighs, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    1 packet tikka marinade powder (available at Indian grocers)
    24 oz. jar of garlic/onion marinara sauce, non-chunky
    1 stick butter
    1 teaspoon ginger, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1 teaspoon garam masala (available at Indian grocers)
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
    1/4 cup green onions, chopped

    Serve with: saffron rice and onion naan
    or riced cauliflower

    Recipe



    1. Coat chicken in marinade powder and sit for 30 minutes.

    2. Put chicken and half of onion in pressure cooker and set for saute for 5 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.

    3. Add all ingredients except cream and cilantro, add 1/4 cup water, pressure cook for 10 minutes. Quick release.

    4. Add cream and saute for 5 minutes.

    5. Pour over rice/riced cauliflower, sprinkle with cilantro, and serve with naan.
