Sweet Raspberry Biscuits & Vanilla Glaze

Recipe Introduction
Makes a plain breakfast fancy. And a couple of these fresh from the oven for a coffee break, afternoon tea or after-school snack makes for some mighty fine eating.
List of Ingredients
2 cups Bisquick Original Buttermilk Baking Mix
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1/4 cup Margarine or Butter, softened
2/3 cup Milk
1/4 cup Raspberry Preserves
Vanilla GlazeRecipe
Heat oven to 450ºF. Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups. Mix baking mix, sugar and margarine until crumbly. Add milk and mix until dough forms; beat 15 strokes.
Place 1 Tbsp. of dough in each cup; top with 1 Tbsp. of preserves. Drop remaining dough onto preserves.
Bake until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes. Immediately remove from pan. Spread with vanilla glaze while warm.
Makes 12 biscuits.
Vanilla Glaze:
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tbsp. warm Water
1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients until smooth.
