    Recipe Introduction


    I have had this one for longer than I care to tell. Years ago it was popular. It is still very good. But it is baked,and you serve this salad hot for a luncheon or to your choice. Could even be used a as appetizer. Hope you find it delectable!!!

    List of Ingredients




    1 can of cream of chicken soup, 4 oz of cream cheese ,very soft, 3/4 cup of Hellmans mayonaise, 2 tab of lemon juice, 1/2 cup of grated or FINELY chopped onion, 1 cup of diced celery, 1 can of water chestnuts sliced,and slivered, 3 hard boiled eggs chopped, 1cup fresh mushrooms, that has been sliced sauteed in butter, 4 cups of poached chicken breasts, cut in small bite size pieces.

    Combine first 4 , Add remaining ingredients. Top this salad with1/2 pack of Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing moistened with butter.

    Bake in hot oven at 350 to 375 for 35 to 40 minutes.
