    This came from Waterlogged on TSR. Don't know if she is still around, but the following critique is from her. I haven't made it myself yet.

    From Waterlogged: I never made this...my mom did for years. I think the first half can be
    done the night before...pour
    the egg mixture on in the morning and bake.

    List of Ingredients




    2 packages Crescent Rolls
    1 lb. Hot pork sausage (mild works too)
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 small can mushrooms, chopped (she skipped these-forgot to buy them!)
    2 cups cooked frozen hashed brown potatoes
    2 cups shredded Taco Cheddar Cheese (she used 1 cup Taco-1 cup mild
    Cheddar)
    5 eggs
    1/4 cup milk
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Pat crescent rolls into Jelly Roll pan (she used 13 x 9 baking dish)

    Brown sausage, onion, and mushrooms. Drain and sprinkle over rolls.

    Distribute cooked hash browns over sausage.

    Add shredded cheeses.

    Mix: 5 eggs with milk and pour over above. Sprinkle with Parmesan
    Cheese.

    Bake 20-30 minutes at 375º oven, uncovered. Check at 15 minutes.

    We would eat some right out of the oven, then munch all day. Rewarm in
    micro...
