Bleu cheese dressing

I love homemade bleu cheese dressing too, and I just sort of came up with my own version. I really don't measure, I pretty much eyeball it and it always comes out tasting great, so here it is:
List of Ingredients
About 2 oz bleu cheese
About 3/4 cup of mayonnaise
About 1/4 cup of sour cream
A little garlic powder, salt, pepper, and some powdered celery seed
You can add more or less crumbled bleu cheese according to taste. The longer it sits in the fridge the flavor gets better, so make it ahead of time rather than right before serving. It will also thin out a bit. I hope you enjoy it!
