Broccoli with Stuffing (T & T)

List of Ingredients




2 pkgs. (10 oz.) Birds Eye frozen broccoli
2 eggs , beaten
1 onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonaisse
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1 pkg. herbed stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)

Recipe



Cook broccoli. Combine eggs, onions, soup and mayonaisse. Place layer of broccoli in a 2 qt. casserole. Add layer of cheese. Pour small amount of sauce on top. Repeat layers until all are used. Top with stuffing mix. Sprinkle butter or margarine on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
