    A wonderful appetizer serve with crackers or a crusty bread


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 C pine nuts, toasted
    • 4 oz. goat cheese, room temperature
    • 3 oz. cream cheese
    • 1 T cilantro, opt.


    Instructions


    1. In a dry skillet or 350° oven, toast nuts until golden brown, careful not to burn. (approx. 3-5 mins). Cool in a bowl.
    2. Combine cheeses, mix in nuts.
      Put into a small glass baking dish.
    3. Bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
      OPT: Spoon 1 C salsa around cheese before baking.
