List of Ingredients
- 2 6oz. cans lump crab meat
- 3/4 C seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 C FF milk (more if needed to moisten)
- 3 T lowfat mayo
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1t parsley, minced
- 1 medium onion, minced or 6 scallions w/ tops
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t fine ground black or white pepper
- 3 T flour for coating crabbie patties
- EVOO
- Oil spray
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except flour.
- Roll into patties, cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge for 60 minutes.
- Lightly coat each patty with four.
- Spray pan with oil Spray. Add EVOO enough to coat the bottom. Heat pan to medium.
- Cook until lightly brown and crispy. Approx. 4-5 per side.
- Serve with red cocktail sauce for dipping.
