    List of Ingredients


    • 2 6oz. cans lump crab meat
    • 3/4 C seasoned bread crumbs
    • 1/4 C FF milk (more if needed to moisten)
    • 3 T lowfat mayo
    • 1 egg, slightly beaten
    • 1t parsley, minced
    • 1 medium onion, minced or 6 scallions w/ tops
    • 1/2 t garlic powder
    • 1/4 t fine ground black or white pepper
    • 3 T flour for coating crabbie patties
    • EVOO
    • Oil spray


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients except flour.
    2. Roll into patties, cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge for 60 minutes.
    3. Lightly coat each patty with four.
    4. Spray pan with oil Spray. Add EVOO enough to coat the bottom. Heat pan to medium.
    5. Cook until lightly brown and crispy. Approx. 4-5 per side.
    6. Serve with red cocktail sauce for dipping.
