Recipe Introduction

B A M ! This will clear out your sinus', make your eyes tear and rock your taste buds!

List of Ingredients

1 bag (16 oz.) fingerling potatoes / *baby reds w/ peels on
1/4 C Wasabi mayonnaise *can mix 50/50 w/ real mayo
4 green onions, sliced w/ tops
1/2 C roasted red & yellow peppers, drained & chopped
*sea salt & fresh ground pepper to taste

Recipe

Cook potatoes until slightly undercooked or follow package directions
Cut into chunks or break apart into medium pieces.
Add wasabi mayo, sliced onions and chopped peppers.
Combine, chill & serve.
