    LIGHT & ZIPPY DIP

    Serves: 16 (2 T. each)

    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    2 green onions, thinly sliced, including tops
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper OR 1/4 tsp. black pepper

    Combine cottage cheese and chili sauce in blender or food processor. Process until smooth, scraping sides. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; chill to blend flavors. Serve with vegetables.

    One 2-T. serving equals: 25 calories (17% from fat)…1 gm fat (o gm saturated)…3 gm carbohydrate…2 mg cholesterol…1 gm fiber…3 gm protein…167 mg sodium ++++ Exchanges: 1/2 lean meat +++++ WWP: 0
