    Green Beans Provençale

    4 cups (2-inch) cut green beans (about 3/4 pound)
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    1/2 cup sliced green onions
    4 garlic cloves, crushed
    2 cups plum tomato (about 3/4 pound), seeded and thinly sliced
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil...OR...2 teaspoons dried basil
    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    Steam green beans, covered, 5 minutes or until tender. Drain well, and set aside. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add green beans; sauté 3 minutes. Add tomato and remaining ingredients; sauté 2 minutes.

    One 1-cup serving equals: 72 Calories; 2g Total Fat; (17% calories from fat); 3g Protein; 14g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 4 mg Sodium; 5 g Fiber ++++ WWP: 1
