    Serves: 4

    2 medium zucchini
    Refrigerated butter spray
    4 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 tsp. seasoned bread crumbs

    Place zucchini in microwaveable dish. Pierce with fork. Microwave about 5 minutes on high or until tender but not soft.

    Split in half lengthwise. Spray with butter spray. Sprinkle each half with 1 tsp. cheese and 1 tsp. bread crumbs

    One serving equals: 23 calories…0.5 gm fat…81 mg sodium…1 gm protein…3 gm carbohydrate…1 mg cholesterol…0.5 gm fiber ++++ WWP: 0
