    SUNFLOWER BROCCOLI

    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 T. canola oil
    2-1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli, cut into florets (about 10 cups)
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 T. sunflower kernels

    In a large skillet, sauté garlic in oil for 1 minute. Add broccoli; cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add the next 3 ingredients; cover and cook until broccoli is crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Sprinkle with sunflower kernels.

    One 3/4-cup serving equals: 80 calories…6 gm fat (trace saturated)…0 cholesterol…56 mg sodium…7 gm carbohydrate…3 gm fiber…4 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 1 vegetable…1 fat ++++ WWP: 2
