    Serves: 3

    1-1/4 c. calcium-fortified orange juice
    1-1/4 c. frozen mixed berries
    1 c. sliced ripe banana
    1/2 c. vanilla fat-free yogurt
    1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 T. sugar

    Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.

    One 1-cup serving equals: 204 calories…Trace fat…6 gm protein…45 gm carbohydrate…3 gm fiber…71 mg sodium
