    1 cup artificially sweetened, vanilla-flavored nonfat yogurt
    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    1 cup unsweetened orange juice
    1 medium banana
    Sugar substitute equal to 1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup ice cubes

    In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.

    Per serving: 131 cal. (2% from fat); 6 g protein; 0.31 g fat (0.12 g sat.); 27 g carbo.; 75 mg sodium; 0.67 mg chol.; 1.33 g fiber.
