    Plan ahead…needs to steep 1 hour.

    Exchanges
    Yield: 3 qts..... (18 servings)

    1 c. packed fresh mint leaves
    Grated peel of 1 orange
    Grated peel of 1 lemon
    3 c. boiling water
    1 can (12 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
    1 can (12 oz.) frozen unsweetened orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1-1/2 qts. cold water
    Additional mint leaves, if desired

    Place mint and peels in a heat-resistant pitcher or bowl; add boiling water. Let steep for 1 hour; strain. Add concentrates and cold water; stir well. Refrigerate.

    Serves over ice; garnish with mint leaves, if desired.

    One 2/3-cup serving equals: 67 calories…2 mg sodium…0 cholesterol…17 gm carbohydrate…trace protein…trace fat…trace fiber ++++ Exchanges: 1 fruit
