    1-1/2 c. fat-free milk
    1/2 c. frozen blackberries
    1/2 c. frozen blueberries
    1/2 c. frozen unsweetened raspberries
    1/2 c. frozen unsweetened strawberries
    2 T. lemonade concentrate
    1 T. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla

    In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.

    One 1-1/2 cup serving equals: 172 calories…1 gm fat (trace saturated)…4 mg cholesterol…100 mg sodium…36 gm carbohydrate …4 gm fiber…8 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 1-1/2 fruit…1 fat-free milk
