    Makes 12 servings

    4 cups brewed black tea
    1 cinnamon stick
    1/4 cup white sugar
    1 cup raspberry juice
    1 lemon, juiced
    1 sprig fresh mint
    1 liter carbonated water

    Brew tea with cinnamon stick. Dissolve sugar in the hot tea. Set aside to cool.

    In a large pitcher combine the tea, raspberry juice and lemon juice. Crush 3 mint leaves and stir in. Pour the carbonated water in, stir and serve over ice.

    Per Serving: 25 Calories; 0g Fat; 0g Protein; 7g Carbohydrate; 0g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 20mg Sodium
