    “Diabetic Low-Fat & No-Fat Meals in Minutes” by M. J. Smith, R.D.

    Serves: 8 (6 ounces, each)

    2 large ripe peaches, with peeling, cut into slices
    1 fresh lime, peeled and chopped
    1 envelope sugar-free lemon-lime drink powder
    1 T. rum flavoring

    Combine ingredients in a blender, process until no chunks of peach of lime remain. Serve immediately.
