    No carbohydrate levels available

    YIELD: 4 servings

    1 large, ripe mango
    1 large banana
    1 C. 100 percent grapefruit juice
    1/2 C. non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
    1/8 t. grated nutmeg
    1 1/2 C. ice
    sweetener as needed: about 1 to 2 t. sugar or equivalent artificial sweetener

    Peel mango over bowl to catch the juices. Then, use paring knife to slice flesh away from stone.

    Add ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth. Sweeten to taste.
