    ABM Orange-Cappuccino Bread

    Makes a 1-1/2-lb. loaf.

    1 cup water
    1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
    2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
    1 teaspoon grated orange peel
    3 cups Gold Medal® Better for BreadT bread flour
    2 tablespoons dry milk
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 1/4 teaspoons salt
    2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine or quick active dry yeast

    Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

    Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle, Light crust color, and 1 1/2-lb. size.

    When done, remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
