Banana Cream Oatmeal

Yield: 4 (1 1/2-cup) servings.

4 cups water
2 cups quick cooking oats
2 med bananas - sliced thinly into 1/4-inch pieces
1/2 cup fat-free Eagle Brand sweetened condensed skim milk (2/5th's of a can)
In med-size saucepan bring water to a boil over high heat.
Once boiling,, reduce heat to med. Add quick oats and cookk for 1 minute, stirring o ccasionally.
Remove from heat. Add banana slices and sweetened condensed skim milk. Cover and let sit for 2 to 3 minutes. Oatmeal will thicken as it sits. Serve warm.
