    Chinese-Barbecued Pork Tenderloin

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb pork tenderloin
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. five-spice powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    cooking spray
    1 T. hoisin sauce
    1 T. orange juice
    1/2 tsp dark sesame oil

    Recipe

    Preheat oven- 400 degrees Trim fat off pork. Combine sugar, five-spice powder, salt and pepper. Rub onto pork.

    Place pork on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; insert meat thermometer through thickest part of tenderloin. Bake 10 minutes. Combine hoisin, orange juice and oil in a small bowl; brush over tenderloin. Bake 15 more minutes or until thermometer reads 160 degrees.
