    SHERRIED MEATBALLS

    Low-Fat & Light Four Ingredient Cookbook - Coffee & Cale
    Yield: 50 meatballs

    2 lbs. lean ground beef
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. cooking sherry.... To lower sodium..use regular sherry
    2 T. brown sugar

    Season beef to taste and shape into 1-in. meatballs. Place meatballs in oven at 350-F for 30 minutes to brown. Drain and place into a casserole dish.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake an additional 30 minutes. Serve with sauce.
