    Plan ahead…needs to chill at least 2 hours. >>>To lower calories and carbohydrates...Use sugar-free fat-free ice cream. Strawberry Mousse

    Serves: 10

    1 pkg. (.3 oz.) sugar-free strawberry gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 pt. fresh strawberries, halved
    1 c. (8 oz.) nonfat sour cream
    1 c. fat-free vanilla ice cream
    2 c. light whipped topping

    Dissolve gelatin in water; place in blender. Add strawberries; cover and puree until smooth. Add sour cream and ice cream, puree until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.

    Pour into serving or individual dessert dishes. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

    One 1/2-cup serving equals: 86 calories…45 mg sodium…2 mg cholesterol…14 gm carbohydrate…3 gm protein…2 gm fat ++++ Exchanges: 1 fruit…1/2 fat
