    Plan ahead…needs to refrigerate for at least 1 hour. WW Points
    Exchanges
    Serves: 4

    1 c. watermelon balls or cubes
    1 c. cantaloupe balls or cubes
    1 c. honeydew balls or cubes
    1/3 c. lime juice
    2 T. honey
    2 T. sugar
    1/4 c. flaked coconut, toasted
    Fresh mint, optional

    In a bowl combine melon balls. In another bowl, combine the next 3 ingredients; pour over melon balls and toss to coat.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with coconut. Garnish with mint, if desired.

    One 3/4-cup serving equals: 137 calories…4 gm fat (3 gm saturated)…0 cholesterol…12 mg sodium…29 gm carbohydrate…2 gm fiber…1 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 2 fruit ++++ WWP: 3
