    Note: Instead of apples, try fresh pears. Stirring in 2 tablespoons dried blueberries, cherries, cranberries or raisins is perfect for adding a tasty flavor. WW Points
    Yield: 4

    1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon milk
    2 medium unpeeled red eating apples, coarsely chopped
    2 medium stalks celery, chopped
    1/3 cup coarsely chopped nuts
    Salad greens, if desired

    Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and milk in medium bowl. Stir in apples, celery and nuts. Serve on salad greens.

    Store remaining salad covered in refrigerator.
