    Lentil: PORK 'N' BEAN SALAD

    Plan ahead...needs to chill for 2 hours Exchanges
    Serves: 4

    1 can (16 oz.) pork and beans, drained
    1/2 c. chopped tomato
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. green pepper
    3 T. fat-free mayonnaise
    2 T. chopped onion

    Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Refrigerate leftovers.

    Nutritional Analysis: One 1/2 c. serving equals: 139 calories, 564 mg sodium, 8 mg cholesterol, 27 gm carbohydrate, 6 gm protein, 2 gm fat. ++++ Exchanges: 1-1/2 starch, 1 vegetable
