    1 bunch romaine, torn
    2 c. canned unsweetened pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    1 can (12 0z.) water-packed low-sodium tuna, drained
    1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
    1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    4 tsp. light soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice

    In a large bowl, toss the first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over salad; toss to coat.

    One serving equals: 205 calories…303 mg sodium…10 mg cholesterol…32 gm carbohydrate…19 gm protein…1 gm fat ++++ Exchanges: 2 very lean meat…1-1/2 vegetable…1-1/2 fruit
